Opening Day of Food at 400+

Food at 400+ will explore Salem’s history through the lens of food, fishing, farming, spice trades, as well as culinary, hospitality, and related aspects, in creative and experiential ways. This family-friendly event, presented by Salem Food Tours, will also share current and future challenges related to food inclusivity and our changing environment and celebrate Salem’s headship in this area.
