I am excited to share that the Salem 400+ was invited to speak at the Peabody Essex Museum to let the creative community know what is being planned for the Quadricentennial. This was a great way to let the Salem community know that the City is planning some exciting events for 2026, and we are hoping to lean on our creative community who are already doing remarkable events, and planning amazing programing to make 2026 extra special. Between Mass250, Rev 250, Beverly 400+ and Salem 400+, 2026 is shaping up to be a special year!

Along with the great programing that already happens in Salem, such as the Pride Parade, the Arts Festival and MANY more; Salem 400+ will be hosting a Kickoff Event highlighting Salem’s many non-profits, a Signature Parks Day encouraging everyone to visit their neighborhood parks, a Heritage Salem 400+ Parade, part of expanded Heritage Month (rather than the usual Heritage Days), and more!

A big thank you to the Creative Collective and the Peabody Essex Museum for planning and hosting the event.
