The festival intentionally uplifts underserved communities by centering programming around autism-inclusive family spaces\, youth development and workforce readiness\, and veteran support and recognition. \nSalem Summer Jam partners with local nonprofits\, businesses\, educators\, and civic leaders to provide resources such as job and career exploration for teens\, autism awareness and family supports\, and access to veteran-focused services.
