SUMMARY:Repair Cafe
DESCRIPTION:Zero Waste Salem is hosting a Repair Café as part of Salem 400+\, celebrating sustainable practices that honor our past and invest in our future. \nVolunteers will be available to mend clothing\, sew buttons\, and tinker with electronics—skills passed down through generations that help us build a more sustainable Salem for the next 400 years. \nThese free services may vary depending on volunteer availability\, but the spirit remains the same: learning from each other\, reducing waste\, and strengthening community connections through shared knowledge and resourcefulness. \nJoin us for this hands-on event where fixing things isn’t just about saving items—it’s about preserving traditions of craftsmanship while creating a more sustainable future for Salem.
